We believe education has the power to change lives, create opportunities, and build brighter futures.
At the heart of R3 Cleaning Inc.’s advocacy is the vision of our Owner and CEO, Rowena Alido, who believes that education is one of the greatest keys to success.
With deep roots in the Philippines, Rowena remains committed to giving back to the communities that shaped her.
Through her personal educational initiatives, she has supported aspiring college students by helping cover tuition fees and providing essential school supplies, easing some of the financial challenges that come with pursuing higher education.
Over the years, students she has supported have gone on to build successful careers. Some have become lawyers and doctors in the Philippines, while others have pursued professional opportunities in various fields, including careers here in Canada.
Rowena’s story began in Mindoro, Philippines, where she was once a little girl with a big dream: to fly an airplane.
That childhood dream continues to reflect the spirit behind her advocacy today: the belief that where someone comes from should never determine how far they can go.Throughout her journey, Rowena has carried with her the importance of dreaming big, working hard, and creating opportunities for others.
For her, success is not measured solely by personal achievements, but also by the lives she can positively influence along the way.
Her mission is to continue supporting more students, helping them overcome financial barriers to education and pursue opportunities that can create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
Because every dream deserves a chance, and every student deserves an opportunity to succeed.Discover more about Rowena’s personal journey, educational initiatives, and continued commitment to giving back.
